We were the first roofing company to use the elastomeric mastic coating system 34 years ago. For example, we applied a special permanent coating to the Stranahan Building downtown Fort Lauderdale 34 years ago and is still in good shape today. For three years we worked in Amsterdam, Holland using urethane foam roofing and insulation. In a joint venture with Holland corporations and government, we taught them how to apply the urethane foam and coating.
